Road Failure during Construction due to Landslide Remobilization, Siah Bisheh village, North Iran
On October 3rd, 2004, a section of a road (under costruction) constructed on top of a previously existing landslide, failed due to remobilization of a landslide. The 12 photographs, taken on 1st November 2004, illustrate the daylighting of slip surface at the toe of the landslide. The area is located near Siah Bisheh village, North of Iran.
